who in their right mind decided these hours would be a good idea? terrible decision in a town that doesn't do normal trash pickup and for those who work the same hrs as operation. two thumbs down on this one.

The issue isn't who decided hours, it's that there isn't enough staff to cover and this problem is nearly ubiquitous among any industry which requires hard work and physical labor. There is a good portion of today's workforce who feel they are above working these types of jobs and then complain when their lives are inconvenienced
