Several packages that I was supposed to receive say that they were delivered to my address but I did not receive them in my mailbox. The first time I let it go but now it's starting to get ridiculous. One of two things is happening. Either the mail carriers are not being trained properly or they're taking a five finger discount. Edited 12/4/21 This is still an ongoing issue. I am up to 4 eBay packages, 2 gift cards, and a card from my father. Our complex portal is full of people with missing mail. I feel that this location needs to be investigated. It looks like I will have to gather these people and hit the local news station! 10/3/22 The mail carrier for 75081 marked that they put my driver's registration into my mailbox. The did not. Now it's floating around out there for someone else's hands. USPS needs to be doing some serious adjustments at this location!!!

Takes forever for a package to be retrieved. I've spent so many lunch breaks standing waiting for my packages. If possible I try to use anything OTHER than USPS. Sometimes the drivers deliver other times they say a signature is required. There is zero standardization. Just awful.

Horrible customer service.

As a business owner. I’ve dropped over 2000+ off packages at all his location in 2 months. Each month they lost over 50 packages. I’ve lost over $2400 in 2 months because of this location. Go somewhere else.

If you are talking about inside at the dutch door, no youre not the only one. They have one person that shouldnt be dealing with the public in any form.
You got to dig around on google and find it it's on their direct site or third party site but you got to look for it
Ask management
That
Go into the post office and place a "hold mail" fill out the request and will hold your mail up to 30 days. It must be the post office nearest to you.
You should be able to via self service, yes. If you want to confirm, just call 800-ASK-USPS
Whenever they get around to you. I don't get my mail until about 6-7pm on an ordinary day
