Col. Allensworth State Park is an Historic Park; its a museum, where people of color lived over 100 years ago .
No ATV or off road vehicles allowed to operate on state park grounds. Camping is available near the park though.
No, there is a camping site but I don't think there is designated land for off road vehicles.
