I loved it and my children were so thrilled to know that such a place existed and was established by those whom look like them😁❤

The park itself is a good walking opportunity but no there are no specific walking trails.
There is a visitor center open a few hours every afternoon. Idk if they are doing tours again yet. The campground is the right turn before the little library. You'll see it up ahead. I believe it's a pastel green. Follow the road to the campground.
What is the date of the celebration this year 2020
Yes, but nominal. The best tine to go is when they have their event: Spring, June, Fall. Historians will dress in period clothing and tell stories of the past. The last tine i went one of the residents was there signing her book.
Yes
Juneteenth is a good event to experience. June 8th
Col. Allensworth State Park is an Historic Park; its a museum, where people of color lived over 100 years ago .
The fee question has been answered. But, did you know that the park has an event 3 times a year where historians dress up from the period and the park rangers open up all of the buildings for you to go through and enjoy stories. The last time I went , one of the original residents was there and she signed one of my books. The festivals usually occur around the months of February, June, and October annually.
I suggest Googling Colonel Allensworth. I am sure there is published history available! Kern County Library should have books or documents!
Since this is located in such a rural and isolated area the physical address was not specifically visible. I simply followed the signs from the 99 freeway and along the road until I ended up at the location
I only do sound there whenever they have an event so I'm not sure how much it cost to rent a camp spot. I'm pretty sure they'll be open because they're always open when we're there
