Do someone usually call a person from the treasury department and inform them there's a grant check at their headquarters there for them?
Someone called me and said that I was randomly selected to receive a grant for 9,000.00 from the U.S. Treasury Department and all I have to do is purchase a certain card at Wal-Mart for 199.00 to receive the money. Is this a scam?
