It’ll be a hot day in h*ll for the workers here one day when they have to answer to God for the way they treat clients, like straight up dirt. Why do they have jobs when they are so unwilling to help and are so incompetent with their work? They barely look at you, give you the run round, lose paperwork, and when they call you to the desk they whisper your name so low you can barely hear your name being called, so you might not get helped just because they didn’t feel like speaking up. And god forbid you ask them a question. Everything depends on how these workers “feel” and most of them are moody day in and day out. Oh, and the city evidently says they’re going to pay their share for your apartment, even when you spent weeks submitting paystubs and paperwork prior, got approved, payments “sent”, they then decide you have to keep submitting MORE paperwork to verify what you JUST submitted to MAYBE get the actual payments. It’s all a game with them. i wish they would be straight up and admit they abuse landlords/clients and look for ways so that the city doesn’t have to pay rent and to kick the homeless to the curb with no help instead of giving people the run around. It should be illegal that the city “loses” or “forgets” payments when they are under contract and obligated to make payments. It’s alright though, everyone will answer to God one day.

They never do. I did same thing till I decided to go there and guess what they still didn't fix my issue. They have a bad costumer service. The man at the front desk just keep saying oh we dont do that here and sending you to another places. Then this lady came out and im trying to explain to her the situation but she seemed in a rush. So i came back home frustrated.
