The operation people very rough to me, I call many time to find out the SSI and Medicare for my parent and ask the translator, the people just keep going to reject my request. And hand on my phone many time, my parent already over 65 year old, and still didn’t have Medicare is Because they just rejected me even if I ask for translator and asking for appointment for re new my mother currently situation, and we are qualified we are USA citizens, just because we are not familiar English, we speak slow enough, and every time I call you before I practice and write everything in paper just because don’t want to bother you too much time, but try again and again still didn’t be treated like the Human. I really need help and need assistance for my parents Medicare. I feel very stress very time my parent ask me to call You, Becuz I knew I am going to be treated like animal and be judged even if I try so hard! If you hate the people and scare to be bothered and don’t want to waste a mins to explain and just hand on the phone or reject the request for getting Chinese speaker to assist…..do you think this is a correct ?
