I would like to say my experience with Stephanie ,Most enjoyable and self reassuring when it came to many of the problems that I was personally responsible for. I am a senior citizen and a physically disabled amputee. Some days I would contact Stephanie as much as four times on the phone. I’m not the best with emails and computers. Many of the time I would accidentally erase some thing that was really important and she would be so pleasant as to resend it to me again. She was extremely professional and very kind over the phone. I would apologize for my inadequacies with computers and she would always reassure me that I was just fine and that I could call her anytime. If I had my own business anymore ;since I am retired, I would love to have an employee as efficient, knowledgeable, and personally considerate Of a Customers concerns. Also her husband Nick who contacted me several times for deliveries was just as kind as his lovely wife. They were both so personable that I almost feel like they are my friends. Actually I have friends that don’t treat me as well as they do. So in conclusion I would always recommend the company that they are employs to because not only do they have a great product at a reasonable price but whoever’s in charge of hiring employees like Stephanie and Nick shows a responsibility to the public
