Don’t do it! I got my space online , the office is always closed , the phone never gets answered , I see the rodent man more than any type of employee. I have had problems not being able to get into facility because the gate is broken and dangerously dangles ……… now gate is fixed , my space went up tremendously with an email notification. They do not answer the phone!!!!! Ever ! Bad experience, poor customer service as far as actual store. Online only way to accomplish anything here & that is limited.

I love that I'm able to book a unit over the internet afterhours, the locks are included and everything! Also the girls in charge are the nicest and always help me understand charges and what not.

Kim Shaw was awesome! Very nice and attentive. She explained everything to my father-in-law involving the unit he rented!

Friendly staff and accommodating. Very pleasant and helpful. The prices are great. I didn't see any vehicle storage. However, the driving and parking area inside the gate is a bit on the small side, and sometimes it's hard to leave the facility because of the traffic on Seminole Blvd.
