I love extra space! I have been using them for little over 2 years now. But I don’t think I would change it. Yes prices have gone up. ( which stinks) but for my items to safe and secure and not a 24 Hr facility i honestly prefer. It’s easy access in and out of the storage facility. The staff has always been wonderful. I just recently acquired another unit I have a climate controlled as well as a drive up outdoor. Both are super clean inside the units as well as the facility is clean. Never see trash or random items sitting outside. The out door units have small light which is nice. Because some usually don’t have that at other storage facilities for outdoor units.. Honestly check the site for pricing as well as reach out to them they’re more than willing to get you the best they can at market pricing for storage.

Good clean well maintained storage facility with a great on site manager, Gale. However, beware rate increases are frequent and heavy. There is no rhyme or reason as to how the increases are given but I've had 2 in less than a year. Gale will do what she can to help mitigate the increases but she can only do so much. So do your comparative shopping. Tried calling the number provided in their response to me. It an automated line for making payments with no human contact option available.

I needed a large storage space quickly and evidently they are hard to come by in the Dunedin/Clearwater FL area. I reserved the last one Extra Space Storage had online and then received a message that this was first-come-first serve even with a reservation. I quickly called to make sure I secured the unit and had one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a very long time. Gail was friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. She answered all of my questions, gave me a lot of unsolicited information that she felt would assist me and even laughed at a couple of my dumb jokes. The transaction went smoothly. I got the storage unit I wanted and electronic contracting and payment went without a hitch. Thank you Gail and Extra Space Storage for making my life a lot easier.

Been at this facility for a long time. Recently upsides to fit our needs. Gayle (spelling) was so helpful and hooked us up. She is the best of all the managers we've dealt with in our many experiences when needed. Prices are better here too.
