As ALWAYS my experience with Enterprise was "phenomenal". I have rented cars from them for years and will consider do so in the near future. I do wish that they were still open on Sundays but will work around that. My usual rental place is 3030 East Bay Drive in Largo FL

Let me just say that I don't ever expect perfection, rather I really value attentive service. This Enterprise Location did just that. I was taking a 3 hour trip and rented a simple, midsized car. Checkout was easy and friendly, especially with Demi - the energetic, friendly and helpful Enterprise agent. I drove away and felt the vehicle was a little off and wouldn't be a good commuter vehicle. I returned the car with a breeze, selected a better highway vehicle and I was so pleased I did. The manager took time to make sure everything was settled as well. Finally, Demi assisted with the vehicle return and made it easy for me to return the vehicle and keys and check me out. She even double checked that all the return rates and fees were correct. Every day location, but a good Enterprise team that gets service. I'll be back again.
