I have been using their storage for a year. Monday we have to pay $574 to get our stuff out, throughout the year we have been homeless. We finally , thank God found someone to let my family of 4 ( supposed to be 5 but our daughter is in NY Still due to our situation ) rent a room. We have to move our storage unit from Largo to North Port smh - anyways the people who work here are just amazing people. Understanding and friendly. I wish every place was like them. The units are CLEAN!!! No roaches or anything and that’s always my main concern. Even though I have to use my kids school money- I can’t give them a bad review for something in my life that was out of my control. I understand it’s a business and they can’t allow me to run up my bill Bc I’m struggling - it’s not their problem. Anyways THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING SO KIND AND UNDERSTANDING! You guys are the best around! ( I have 2 more units other places so I can say that out of experience ) See y’all Monday!

This location was able to provide a rental truck on short notice for an acceptable rate. They were easy to deal with. My only complaint is that there was a lack of communication between the two employees during the return process. The younger male rep said that even though I was within 30 minutes of the scheduled return time, the older employee would most likely only charge me for a one day rental instead of two days. The elder rep walked in and charged me for two days which cost me over $100 for 30 minutes late. Really??? You can't cut me a break here? Better communication please! Unacceptable! . UPDATE: I RENTED THE AFOREMENTIONED TRUCK FOR 3 DAYS BUT TURNED OUT TO ONLY NEED IT FOR 1 DAY SO I BROUGHT IT BACK EARLY. THE REPLY FROM THE BUSINESS SAYS THEY HAD THE TRUCK RENTED FOR ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHICH IS CLEARLY NOT THE CASE SINCE I STILL HAD 2 DAYS LEFT. THEREFORE THIS BUSINESS IS FABRICATING THIS STORY TO MAKE THEM APPEAR BETTER. A SIMPLE APOLOGY FOR THE MISCOMMUNICATION AT THE TIME OF RETURN WOULD HAVE BEEN APPRECIATED.

This place is absolutely wonderful after the long trip we had. Roger, Cindy and the manager Steve was so helpful with all info about Florida and this area. Highly recommend this place 👍.

Stopped in for a quote for a new move in deal. They offer a 1/3 off deal for your first three months. Talked to Christine at the counter... extremely nice lady with great customer skills. Facility is nice, clean, updated and very nice.
