Worst service I've ever had..paid for the unit I didn't move my belongings fast enough for them so the put a lock on my unit and assumed that I didn't want it anymore. I went to inquire about it and they said they would reinstate the service and remove the lock again I went to put my belongings in the unit and still had a lock now they won't answer the phone or return my call so I am assuming since my unit has to be paid on the 23 of may they are going to avoid taking off the lock and keep my money for no services. I didn't think you were obligated to put your belongings in the unit on their time table....as long as your paying for they unit what difference does it make when you put your belongings in .... on the update I got a reply from the owner and a phone number to call it belonged to a different storage facility so I'm still out a months rent an no storage unit personally I think they over booked and the other party put a lock on it and I was out of luck that shouldn't be legal

Wonderful smiling helpful staff, quick to help and get you into the unit to fit your budget and items. I had visited 3 other different storage places the same day and NONE we're as courteous or positive and definitely no smiling faces, that makes a difference when you're trying to sell things, people don't want to walk into grouchy negative situations. I highly recommend this location and the ladies ( Sheet and Broke) did a fantastic job and the corporation should be very proud to have them employed.
