Jaime did a wonderful job addressing the issue with my AC right away. My AC would not kick on, and with countless scenarios of what could possibly be wrong, I couldn't afford to perform trial and error on something I had minimal experience dealing with. I just moved into my home so I had no working knowledge of the history of the AC unit. Jaime found the issue right away after he arrived. He was very polite, professional, and explained everything very well. He gave me details on what to do as preventative maintenence and made sure all was well before he left. This service happened extremely late at night and I was grateful that this company had technicians available to respond to calls so late in the evening. Despite, the late service call, Jaime was never rude or showed signs of irritability. He was so polite and patient, and I'd definitely ask for his service again if I have another service call from this company. Thanks again Jaime!

Malek, Robert, Jose, Adam, and Jason were all at our house on Wednesday 4/20. They installed two A/C condensers, 2 blower units, and cleaned our duct system. I have been around the trades for 30 years and watching this crew work together, joke around with each other, but remain focused, with everyone assisting their teammates and completing task after task, efficiently and seamlessly, was a joy to watch for me. Malek is a special individual, with great leadership qualities, I’d hire this crew in a minute to work for me, Shaun the sales rep told me how good their crews were, this company does it right all the way around, great leadership. I had probably the best AC maintenance experience with Robert. He performed routine maintenance on my unit but was very thorough and followed a checklist to ensure he covered everything. Also provided pictures as evidence. Made suggestions of what I could do to improve my system but did not try to sell me anything extra. They are not the cheapest but I feel like I finally got good honest service for the money I paid. I was so impressed I bought the yearly maintenance program.
