I believe the Mayor need to get dragged for not Mandating the Social Security Office to be shut down or even operate like this. The Social Security Office is essential to the well being of United States Citizens. They need to operate more efficient and professional.

I’ve have called this office for 4 days straight trying to get a appointment no one picks up the phone, your waiting for 40 min to hour sometimes longer just to wait for a live agent to speak to. It’s gotten really bad. Their phone services are awful!
