This is a scam. they are takeing or money an not paying it back. steam cards are not refunded.

Secured building,clean,prior appointments only, unless purpose is for IRS concerns,all floors of building cannot be accessed.

I received such a call just yesterday and I thought it was a scam.

Someone called me and said that I was randomly selected to receive a grant for 9,000.00 from the U.S. Treasury Department and all I have to do is purchase a certain card at Wal-Mart for 199.00 to receive the money. Is this a scam?
