Dallas Life is able to arrange donation pick ups if that is what you are referring to. You can find out more about it at www.dallaslife.org. They are not able to pick people up who might be coming to stay at their shelter but they are right across the street from the convention center downtown and very close to the DART station so walking from there is easy.
