This facility is like a huge warehouse with thousands of packages every day. There could be a number of reasons why your package hasn't moved: the label could have been torn off or damaged & your package was sent to our address recovery dept. If we can't find mailing info or your package was damaged it goes to our rewrap dept. however you can rest assure that if you don't receive it & the correct return/mailing info is on the package it will be delivered eventually. To file a claim for a lost package you can call our customer service but be forewarned the wait time to talk to an agent is long. I hope this info helps.
