Did you ever recieve the package?

I'm dealing with the same thing. I have a pacakge that was shipped to them on the 17th of July and its been sitting there since. No way to contact them or anything! I see this was posted a year ago now. Did you ever get your package?

I'm dealing with the same thing. I have a $300 package that has been sitting at this facility since July 17th and I cant get in touch with anyone about it!

The return date is for you. It means you have until, 11/12/21, to return it if you are not satisfied. It will be shipped to you and not returned back.

This facility does not handle registered mail at all. It never has, so won't be at this facility.

You can go to your local post office and ask them since you have the tracking#. Chances are good it's gone to the wrong post office and they have to forward it to your post office.

No you cannot pick-up anything from this location you have to wait for it to be delivered to your post office all mail goes on trailers at this location

Your not able to go up to pick up your package it is just the distribution center for mail traveling between each state

Did you ever receive your bumper? I shipped a set of cylinder heads to a Texas resident that is only 4 hours from the hub in Dallas. It arrived on April 4th and I kept receiving updates saying your package is in transit but will be arriving late. After 5 days of that message and no scan showing it departed the Dallas hub I filed a complaint. All I’ve received is an email saying we will review your information and investigate the issue. Once we are able to make a determination on your complaint we will be in contact with you to work with you and resolve this issue. That’s it. Haven’t heard anything. Now it’s 17 days since I shipped it and since I filed the complaint on the 9th, that’s the last update available when I track the package. I took a screenshot in case they try to say it never arrived there. This is ridiculous!! Does anybody ever receive their packages????

This facility is like a huge warehouse with thousands of packages every day. There could be a number of reasons why your package hasn't moved: the label could have been torn off or damaged & your package was sent to our address recovery dept. If we can't find mailing info or your package was damaged it goes to our rewrap dept. however you can rest assure that if you don't receive it & the correct return/mailing info is on the package it will be delivered eventually. To file a claim for a lost package you can call our customer service but be forewarned the wait time to talk to an agent is long. I hope this info helps.

Mail is constantly moving around the clock...

I'm waiting on a package that's been there since 12/2/20. Everything else I ordered at the same time came in by that date. This one item is still sitting there in Dallas. It originally shipped 11/20. I opened a case and still haven't received a response. However, now when I look at the ebay tracking info it shows on 12/9/20 visible damage (7 1/2 days after it got there). It's now 12/15 and no movement at all. I try to support the postal service, but this sucks. I would have been fired if I did something like this at my job. My post office just says its caught in the Christmas backlog. All I want is someone with the post office who is handling my case to respond to it.

Where they from different parts of the United States? What "speed" did each package pay to be delivered? First class? Priority? What size and weight were each piece. There are a ton of factors that determine when you receive mail. Hope this helps.

Have your received your package? The same thing just happened to me (McAllen DC to Dallas DC) I was wondering if this has been resolved yet. If so did you have to do something to get it fixed?

Ya its crazy i have 2 packages there and im only 45 min away. 1 has been sitting there 3 weeks the other for a week and a half. Smh get it together down there

If you use ANY type of delivery service you will find they all have a centralized distribution system. This actually speeds up service. Otherwise your package would sit in the New Baunfels facility until enough packages accumaleted to San Antonio for it to be profitable and that could take days or weeks, and that goes for any company. UPS, FEDEX and others use the USPS because it delivers to any address in the US weather it's profitable or not. Eliminating the postal service would mean NO POSTAL SERVICE for many who choose to live out in the country side. I think even President Trump would'nt want Americans driving 15-20 miles to the next town just to get their mail or packages. As always, be careful what you ask for, you might get it. Government shut down does not affect US Postal Service. Sorry but you will have to wait for delivery as this is only a transport station.
