I am sure the last thing any service rep. wants to hear is that one wishes to cancel an account, but I was very lucky to work with a gentleman named Sam who was extremely helpful. He offered me a different option than my current plan, but when I explained that I was pursuing an alternate energy source, he quickly and efficiently processed my request. If I ever need to go back to an electric supplier, I would consider Clearview again.

You shouldn't have enrolled with them. They are scam and their associates do not know what they are talking about..
Probably about 6 weeks. They charge u for the month from the date u start and then generate the bil i would say 5-6 weeks or u can check online. But if u have no contract i would choose a different company so disrespectful.
