I'm dealing with the same thing. I have a $300 package that has been sitting at this facility since July 17th and I cant get in touch with anyone about it!
My package has been sent back despite my request for pickup. I was told the carrier might not have seen my request once he had issues verifying my address and the employee wasn't sure where my package was. I was told to contact the company I purchased from and inform them that my package is being returned by the Post Office. So you should make sure your package still there.
