I'm waiting on a package that's been there since 12/2/20. Everything else I ordered at the same time came in by that date. This one item is still sitting there in Dallas. It originally shipped 11/20. I opened a case and still haven't received a response. However, now when I look at the ebay tracking info it shows on 12/9/20 visible damage (7 1/2 days after it got there). It's now 12/15 and no movement at all. I try to support the postal service, but this sucks. I would have been fired if I did something like this at my job. My post office just says its caught in the Christmas backlog. All I want is someone with the post office who is handling my case to respond to it.
Be honest i drive the mail so see what's going on right now the docks are packed so if it's there it's there i can only say be patient.
