My neighbors dog I believe is neglected, he gets out atleast 5 to 6 times a day and they still just keep tying him up in there back yard and he gets out. We live on a super busy street and I fear him getting hit or causing a wreck. What should I do??

Well if your true concern is the dog and there are no other motives behind your worry than for the dogs safty and or motorist you should contact animal warfare. You can also send me their address and I'll take care of their lack of concern for that poor pup. Discreatly thank u
