IM am trying to surrender my pet my apartment complex aren’t having anymore pets on there property and I can’t stay if I still have the pet am I able to take him back I called the office no one pick up I just want a better home for him

The shelter is always full but you can surrender your pet just be prepared if the outcome isn't what you want and you also won't be allowed updates

Annie, all you have to do is go online and have your dog registered as an ESA animal. It's fair housing they have to let you keep the dog without fees or penalties. I'm in property management at an apartment complex and we don't take Pitbulls. I have about 12 on my property because they are ESA dogs we have to let them in. It will cost you about $60 to have it registered.
