I took my computer in to uBreakiFix at 6308 N May in Oklahoma City. It was working at the time. When I picked it up they said they tuned it up, removed everything on it and any viruses. It worked for a day or so until the battery ran down. I couldn't recharge it because I couldn't find my power cord. But when I found my cord on the screen it said the battery had experienced permanent failure and needed to be replaced. I called uBreakiFix and they said they had a warranty on their work. I asked if they replaced the battery and he said yes. I have a Dell computer. I pulled out the battery and it did not display the Dell brand, and things had been inked out on the battery. When I took it back in they said batteries only last so long and refused to replace the battery. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO ANYONE. Save your money please. I had to put at least one star to post a review, but I would not give them any stars at all. It was a waste of money, and my computer doesn't work. **I would like to add that one employee stated that all that matters is that it was working when it left the store.🤔 I guess someone need to tell him that it should continue working. I would actually laugh if it wasn't a serious matter.

Had some communication problems at first but they were resolved in a very professional way. UBIF went to bat for me when samsung tried not to honor their warranty and they got me taken care of. Got a very nice follow up call and a detailed explanation and an totally satisfied with their service. Thanks guys
