They were very friendly and polite. They took care of all my needs and all my many questions. I would recommend anyone who is looking to get a phone or new service to go talk to the friendly people here. They did a wonderful job talking care for me and my family. I worked with several of them and all of them were wonderful. Thank you for all your hard work and help.

If I could give this .5 stars I would. I walked into this store on a day when it's 13 degrees because I just got my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and needed a case. I walked in amd was greeted by a representative. I told him what I needed and he said all the cases were in the back and asked me what I was looking for. Once I told him, he said they didn't have the case with the ring in the back. He went to the back and brought out all the available cases which is why he would get half a star. I selected one and checked the Verizon app where it is discounted. I asked if they price matched and he said no. I inquired since it's on the Verizon website and he said I would have to order it because they don't honor the app. I find this odd since online it says they do. The guy was very nonchalant about helping me. Every time I go I to this store I feel like they don't want to help me. Not sure if it's because of me being a woman or black or both but I will be writing the store manager because I'm sick of it.
