We traded in our phones and we supposed to receive a credit each month for the trade in phones. Instead they are charging us that amount. So instead of paying us for the old phone we are paying them for my phone AGAIN. We have been to the store multiple times as well as calling customer service. Promises promises. No resolution. And they say we have to pay them to get out of the contract. They say it's not a contract but if we have to pay to leave, what else should we call it. BBB needs to look into this kind of business practice. Can't leave a zero. So they get a one!!!!!.

had a hard time setting up my account online so i went here for help to finish the process and get my phone. their general manager, larry, and luis, the representative who helped me, were absolutely fantastic. it was a bit of a process getting everything to go through, but they were so awesome. i was a bit apprehensive about verizon at first because of the complications, but those guys definitely made me happy with my choice. can’t say enough kind words.
