You can go and see all the dogs, take then in a room to play and see if they're a good fit for you and your family. Then start the adoption process. :)
All we needed was our ID.
You can go there look at the animal and request an adoption room and then you can adopt the animal.

yes you can go and see the animals spend time with them it's a really good setup
Yes and they will let you look around and bring the animal out so you can interact and get familiar with each other.
