Yes we do loan out cages and relocate animals I'm not sure on the fee though your welcome to come in and speak with any one of our volunteers on duty and they'll be able to assist you further.
If you are talking about cats they need to be trapped then spayed or neutered then returned to same community. The city has a TNR program. Go to the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare website for more information about feral cats. Thank you.
