Yes if he's a stray an you can't keep him, someone will adopt him
Sometimes they will make their way back to someone they feel safe with. It's so hard to say no.. but if you come across another stray try taking a pic with location and post on Nextdoor, PawBoost, Facebook Lost and Found pets.. sometimes the furbaby is just lost
Yes, he would need to go to the animal welfare center located next to OK Humane society.
