Is there an age restriction on the trailers and 5th wheels ? We are looking to buy a travel trailer or 5th wheel between November and January. We want to find a decent place to park for a good while. near our work in nampa

Nope... Not that I'm aware of!! I live here in a 1978 roug. I've been here 9 months and no issue. As long as everything works and your main line for water don't leak you should be fine. I had to do small repairs and the worked with me on it as well. So if you need to do minor repairs they are cool with it as well.
