Four stars for being fast, friendly, reasonably priced and very helpful. They got me in to a spare site without a reservation at the busiest time of year and everything worked well. A convenient location with many local businesses within walking distance - I would go back!

They charge 500$ a month im sure
No tent camping unfortunately otherwise I would be moving there today. Only RV's in rented spaces. I've tried to get into here for over a year but no spaces available. Only familiar with park as a best friend has been a resident for many years living in a 5th wheel
There is always a wait list however on the list thing move quickly and checking back often helps
