We lived here for six months. The people around are very polite, especially the maintenance men like Catfish and Tom who work very hard around the park. The bathrooms are pretty well taken care of, and so is the laundry room (which you can pay for laundry over an app, how awesome!). So if you need a place to stay that is mostly quiet, clean, friendly and loves pets, this would be your spot.

Well kept and clean. Nice and quiet with good facilities and hook ups. I have lived here now for 3 years, have been through ownership changes and still have the same nieghbors. That should tell you something right there.

No at this point, we are full, but in spite of what was said by Pris Cooley, this is not a horrible place to live, I have been here for four years and problems have been few. It has been under new management since spring and things are watched as closely as humanly possible. Thank you for your interest in Mason Creek Rv Park. I would also like to add to this that, it is impossible to screen every single applicant that pulls in, and please dont let a single opinion affect your choice. We are all human and things do slip through the cracks. We are doing everything humanly possible to provide a safe, quiet environment for folks to live in. Again, thank you for your interest.

There is no requirement of how new the trailer has to be. They do have a rule about no window ac units though.

Sure they would, they are almost empty because of all the bad managers they have had lately, but if you need something there is absolutely no one to call. If the pipes burst this winter like they did a few years ago you might float away

They are running it like a rental office. The number is on the door, they don't pay their maintenance man to let you do overnights, they are awful. I wouldn't recommend that place to a cockroach. They have cockroaches as well. They went up to $550 per spot for the people that are already there. $850 to the new people. What a joke. It's a drug investment dump. I am so glad I got the hell out when I did. I moved from there 8 months ago. Best thing I ever did. In love RV living but not in that dump
As of right now there isn't any openings but that can change the managers that are running the place are working on making more spaces to bring in more people
