STOP. Stop what you're doing. Do NOT conduct business with these people. PLEASE. I am writing this to SAVE YOU from the 2+ years of pain, aggravation, and disgusting behaviors we had to endure due to Turn Key. Do NOT expect your security deposit returned. Ours was not and won't be until we pursue the legal action that we intend to. What I am writing here is not libel as it is only the truth written along with my own opinion which I am allowed under the 1st Amendment. Yes, I have to publicly write this because that is the level of disgusting behavior that you can expect from this so-called "property management" company. Nathan Vidrine, one of the managers in this company, is one of the most narcissistic, condescending, egotistical, and arrogant individuals I have met in the last 25 years. Why are your reviews continuously negative? In the property management business many tenants believe that the owner should not have a right to a deposit and we strongly believe that we work for the owners of the home that's rented by us. Why aren't you capturing the opportunity to clean it up? We believe that everyone has the right to express their opinion, and out of thousands of renters a small part feel like something was done wrong,
