I called AMG Properties about a week ago and the Manager, Robert, just gave me false information and was NOT helpful at all. AMG Properties Manages Shelter Island and Harbor Island which are sister properties. Since BOTH properties changed Management, Shelter Island is Called; Mezzo now. Having some bad history with both properties; I do NOT refer people to rent at these two locations.

I've been living here at the aviator suites for a few years now, and I have NO COMPLAINTS. Thank you Ms. Alma (leasing agent) for always being professional and curtious and helpful. Mom and I have lived at Aviator Suites for a time. Terry was great in getting us a different room when we had a problem with the one we had. Thank you Terry. Alma and Emelia in the office are Awesome, friendly, helpful and courteous. Thank you Ladies. It's always a pleasure to go into the office. If I have any problems in the room I do a work order it gets done that day or the next. The only complaint I have is this rent increase and I know it's not your fault just doing what the owners want. The increase for the people that are on fixed incomes barely make enough to pay the rent or they don't make enough. It is a sad situation for them. The ones on fixed income paid their rent during the pandemic so we would have a place to live. Now some are being forced out. We are one who barely make enough. Just thought you should know. Keep up the Great work Aviator.

Are all the properties run by arrogant slum Lord's??? Legal Aid can give Free legal advice, if they l start losing in court, starts costing them money--figure it out!!

They should start. All of the properties that are buying up just raise rent $200.rent plus fees. Drug infested the people downstairs just had their place"sprayed" for bedbugs, there are so many leaks the foundation is cracked all the way to the parking lot. No heating other than a$30. heater from Dollar General. No cabinet doors visible roach defecation in trails. Welcome to LIV @ Sahara. I'm going after this company. We have to stick together against corporations that DO NOTHING FOR THE TENANTS EXCEPT TO MAKE HARD WORKING PEOPLE SUFFER. Shame...who really owns this place REALLY... George Soros????!!!!!???
