NEW Patients, BE AWARE! I am writing the review based on the pattern we have experienced. The wait time for you to be seen by the Doctor is HORRIBLE. My mom waited for almost 2 hours to be seen for a 5min consultation. I asked my mom-an older senior if this had happened before; she said this was the norm. I called to complain and express my concern, and their office. I was told, "it's on the Doctor's time." After saying that, that's not acceptable, especially when someone has an appointment. So I asked for the information about where I can submit a complaint or contact to speak with someone. They HUNG UP the phone on me. I understand that some appointments may go over 10-15mins however, to wait there for almost 2 hours is taking advantage and abuse. In addition, this level of customer service is disrespectful to be met. Again this was what we experienced, but from what I noticed in other reviews, it's the same.

If I could give zero stars, that would be it. They have been driving my parents around for their immigration exams for a month and a half and they are reluctant all the time. It is assumed that if you call to make an appointment, they should attend to you because you are paying for their services. services but they do not make their clients waste time and money in short I do not recommend it from the reception to the doctor their service is very lousy
