I couldn't speak more highly of Dr. Rosenstein and his staff. I've never had any issues scheduling as the receptionists are exceptional. Anytime I've called, I've either reached someone who provided assistance, or left a message. They've always called me back the same day. This is just one example of the professionalism demonstrated throughout his office. Additionally, Dr. Rosenstein has provided the best care I've ever received. I've always been apprehensive to take medication as I've been worried about the side effects. The doctor actually listened to my concerns. Then he took about a half hour of his time to show me peer-reviewed articles relating to my condition and how it should be treated. At no point did I feel he was being judgemental or down-grading my views. Dr. Rosenstein treats his patients with the utmost respect. I also work in the medical field and can sadly say this isn't always the case with physicians. I truly appreciate the work of Dr. Rosenstein and feel safe while under his care.
