Hello everyone, I have been living here to long but not by choice. I will not go into details right now because It would be to long to read. I do agree with all the negative reviews. This place has change so much and not for the better. I have seen staff come and go so many times and each one have been unpleasant, disrespectful and just don't care about the residents or how the property looks and shows. For a short period of time I experienced one property manager by the name of Dee Dee Ortiz. She was so kind, pleasant and just a wonderful human being. Sadly she had to go back to Spring Lake Cove. I wish she was still here. God bless her. And again I been here that long, when I first moved here it was amazing the staff's that were here they really cared like Deedee Ortiz does but the past few years man is sad staff's really don't care about the property or even what goes on in this place. Well god bless just speaking facts

Run far away!!! This place is not family oriented. The pool is closed more then open, the gates Never worked in 2 yrs...the gym you can't access unless the office is open. Walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs and beside you. If they smoke weed, be prepared to smell it in your apt! They take your deposit...forget about getting it back. Just Run...

There ok inside unless you get one that was run down by some young ppl or ppl that dont take care of there pets because I've seen it in there,Pool is ok but needs to ground there power better so the next storm doesn't blow old lady's TVs that don't know what there doing

I left 1 star because there isn't an option to leave 0. This is the worst place, they try to suck every penny out of you. They write up a paper telling you they're going to enter your apartment and date it....but drop it off 3 days later and show up the next morning. They finagle their way into every little situation they can to screw you over. Maintenance goes in your apartment constantly, and to be honest can make you feel so uncomfortable. This place let's anyone live here. Police gets called all the time. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. Supposed to be a place for families....that's a joke. Save yourself the headache and stay away!!
