Showed to my appt early waited 15 minutes then was told I'll have to wait another 20 minutes when I only needed one thing that would take a minute. Waisted my break coming here. Would never come here again. Would never suggest any one else to come here. Inconsiderate and nothing minute about it.

Service was adequate. However, the billing was terrible. The claim was paid by the insurance company in the amount stipulated by a contractual agreement between the provider (Minute Clinic) and the insurance company. We paid the co-payment. Yet, we received numerous bills from the provider. We attempted to contact the provider directly with no success. Subsequently, the insurance company tried was was unable to. Months later, we received a notice from a collection agency. The insurance company attempted to contact both the collection agency and Minute Clinic by telephone and nobody answered. The insurance company at that point said they would handle it and would get back to us. That is where we stand at this point nearly 10 months after the date of service.

This was one of the best visits ever, both of my children got physicals, and updated immunizations my daughter also had an ear infection. Scheduling was simple, check in kiosk was easy, we had a little to no wait. The provider Olivia Veri was absolutely amazing! She was patient, kind to my children, informative to everyone and it was great! Highly recommend!

I've been with a sore throat, stuffy nose and coughing, I have No insurance, I was diagnosed with bronchitis was told it can take up to 10 days for me to feel better, but on my fifth day I was still really bad did not go to work I called the hotline to speak to the lady that took care of me, I was told I was going to get a phone call within 24 hours and I did not, so I called again I finally got a nurse not the same lady told her why I didn't go to work and that I needed a doctors excuse gave her the symptoms she felt concerned but I did mentioned again, I'm better, she kept insisting that I should go to see a doctor and even thouI told her I'm better I'm going to work, did not want to give me another excuse day from my job, My original note excused me for 3 days all I want was a 4th day obviously bronchitis is not something that goes away so fast. She could had given me the excused, is in her power to do so, but decided to continue insist of me visiting another doctor, and not give me the excuse for yesterday's lost day of work, I thank you for been concern, but concern is not going to pay my bills, I lost a day of work, called the same day I was sick. I could had gone to another clinic near me, but I remember Minute clinic always took good care of us, so disappointed $129.00 fee, , the main visit with Martha went well, I wish I would had spoken to her about it...

I'll be sure to let them know. Best way is to call corporate. However, I'm on the management team, and will be there at 4 today. I'll get your message through! Thank you! Happy to know our Minute Clinic ladies are as good as we think they are!
