I went to urgent care buffalo ridge and was told there was no one there to see me and no one to see me at their lake Sumter location. How can an urgent care not be staffed?

Woman at the front desk, who also took my child’s vitals was rude and curt. She made both myself and my child feel uncomfortable to the point where my child asked me why she was being rude to us. Very unprofessional, especially given the fact that this individual has access to our medical records and history. Not the first time I had a poor experience at this location. Will not be returning.
