Very friendly community. Beautifully landscaped. Great variety of wildlife. I found four UPCI Pentecostal churches nearby. No public transportation - major concern.

There are a few condos but mostly houses and villas
Yes pets are allowed. Residents are encouraged to bring no more than 3 pets per household. The Villages have several really nice dog parks and many walking trails.
Yes. Google airport shuttle The Villages. We used Village Airport Van. villageairportvan.com is their website, I think.

No, please don't believe everything you see on the internet and TV. This is a very diverse community with many races. It is also 20% people under retirement age. It is a beautiful place to live or visit.
