My husband was a patient here the facility was clean with a homey feeling food was outstanding but thought it was lacking on proper care week days seemed OK but weekends was lacking in care, when brought to there attention was overlooked, asked to speak to the top officials never saw a one, covid was a big issue in the complex thought my husband would be better at home

This was my second visit as a resident at Freedom Point Rehab. Nothing had changed from my first visit to my present. The attention and care I received was the reason for my speedy recovery. Once again I have to say is a Smile and a kind word is the best medicine. Everyone one here makes it a point your stay is comfortable.

Our family removed my mother from Freedom Pointe’s Memory Care less than a month after her admission. We were beyond disappointed in her care at Freedom Pointes Memory Care. There was not one sign that the ‘ Innovative Heartfelt Connections Program’ that they touted about on their website and were reassured that this program would be implemented by the Director of Sales and Admissions, Julianne Moore, was even remotely implemented by the Memory Care staff. We were actually appalled at the care she was receiving and were equally appalled by the staffs uncaring attitudes. We were actually told by one of the aides that she was allowed to roam the halls at night and go into other residents rooms and crawl in bed with them to sleep. Her heart monitor was unplugged and not working. Her prescription glasses were missing, her rosary, and her shoes. She was distressed and anxious. I would never recommend Freedom Pointe to take care of anyone’s loved one.
