441 Urgent Care Center - Sumter Landing

Save yourself time and don’t use this facility. Took my husband here because he cut himself pretty deeply and needed stitches. Waited 2 1/2 hrs and because I was standing in the doorway in the room the Dr rudely told me to go sit back down. Well My husband was next and I was standing because I wasn’t staying for the stitching part but after his arrogance with me I did leave. He also told my husband he wasn’t next for spite and he left also to go to another urgent care which was down the street (Lake Regional Urgent Care) and they were great

This location is horrific. No patient privacy. Filming videos on a cellphone, did not ask if it was okay to film us checking in, but did anyway. Watched PA put an iv in someone seated in the hallway. PA barking at the employees. When he came into the room with door wide open, sat and texted for at least 5 minutes. Then sent us off to have x-rays, he should have known if cough was present they would not do them. OUTRAGEOUS.

As I had just moved had no doctor yet and went to this Care Center in Sumter Landing, and I was so impressed with the care and professionalism of the staff . Will go gain if need too!

I visited this urgent care due to illness while on vacation. I work in healthcare and was appalled by the way the clinic is run and the complete lack of HIPPA compliance with regards to patient privacy. People are told to room themselves, the door wasn’t closed when my history was taken, or when I was examined. The provider didn’t introduce himself at all, no idea what his credentials were. Stay away!!
