Terrible service , the people than works there treating you like if they are making you a favor , you go and wait there just to waste your time , I'm going to file a formal complaint with sam's corpo!!!

I had a appointment in tire center at 12.00 o'clock, i arrive before and the girl in there told me im the next bcz i have appointment and the appointment have priority, they took my keys and i walked around, around 1.00 when i complained bcz my car when i thought they finished, they haven't started to work on it ,A worker told me i will be the next, again, no cars where inside they start to working my car a 1.30 pm after 3 cars when i complained. I dont know what happened but servise was better and more responsible before. I have been here changing tires many times before.

Tire place is always great, Sharon the cleaning lady is and has always been a pleasure to run into for all the years I have gone to Sam's club.... customer service and some employees on the other hand need work.. none of the old employees are there anymore and you can tell. Management needs to brighten up these employees spirits o should not have to feel a certain way if I need to ask a question and go hunt myself.....

My appointment was for 3:00 I was in my car and headed home by 3:45...The car rides great with her new shoes.lol
