The girl who took our drive thru order was horrible and rude and the store was shabby and filthy even the glass and the doors just nasty. I wouldn't eat there again if I go back there

I was not given what I ordered, the employees just wasting Popeyes money. I ordered 2 combos with regular lemonade and I was given strawberry lemonade. I ordered a 3 piece dark and got a leg, wing and thigh. When I opened my mashed potatoes it looked like someone else had already ate some.

Saturday May 14, 2021 1pm black manager black staff attitude but the manager was rude nasty unbelievably unprofessional and unnecessary waited in drive thur line over an hour got to the window for this (“ we ain’t got no wings and I don’t know how long it’s gone be and we ain’t substituting nothing” then said it’s a shortage on wings) this was the manager she stated because I asked and asked for corporate she wouldn’t give that “go on line and get it. If this is all you can hire just shut it down but before that FIRE that so call manager and try to salvage your Franchise but by looking at your reviews you won’t last long

Really uneasy about the hygiene. Its particularly bad. I had to get a refund considering COVID and will not be back to this location.
