Yes u have to go around the backside and use the open app to unlock the door. When u go into the Plaza turn right n get to the back thats where you will find the entrance
Only during staffed hours. You won't be able to enter the members entrance in the rear without credentials. They use a wireless method attached to an app to unlock if you're a member. Staffed Hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekdays and until 5:00 PM for weekend.
