I had nails in both my back tires and had come in to find out about patching them. Eddie said that there wasn't enough tread to patch. Ended up having to buy all 4 new tires as my car has to have all 4 tires be the same. The staff was super friendly and offered to put air in my tires the day that I brought my car in as my tires had to be ordered and wouldn't be available until the next day. Tires came in as promised the next day. My son has used this Pep Boys and had recommended them to me. I feel I got a fair deal and was treated great by all the staff members!

This Pep Boys location is a gem. We have been bringing our old Honda here since moving to the area in December, and we are never looking back. These guys are so helpful and professional it's almost hard to believe, but they genuinely care for their customers and are clearly invested in and proud of their work. They'll actually bring you to see your car getting worked on, show you any damaged parts, and explain what needs fixing and why. Our car needed a lot of repairs which we couldn't afford to get done all at once, and they worked with us over several months to prioritize the repairs, apply all available discounts, and get us back on the road as quickly as possible. We just dropped off the car late Thursday to get the control arms replaced and take care of several other issues. Eddie helped us and was fantastic throughout the process. He told me the car would be ready by Friday evening, and when it wasn't done by closing due to some unexpected snags, he and the mechanics stayed until after 8:00 pm to make sure it was in perfect working order and we could drive it home. We didn't get charged for any of the unexpected hiccups, and the whole time, the staff was friendly and kind despite the late hour. They genuinely went above and beyond. I've never experienced this level of service at an auto repair shop. On other occasions, Randy and Bryant, the manager, have been incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The entire team at this location is amazing and should be commended (and rewarded). This is how you cultivate life-long customers. Thank you guys so much for all your help! We truly appreciate you.

This Pep Boys is amazing, and I don’t think I have ever said that about a mechanic in my life. We have an old car with lots of issues, and they have helped us every step of the way. We just picked up the car at 8:10 pm, an hour after closing, because they promised they would stay open until it was fixed. These guys are the definition of going above and beyond.
