We’ve been waiting literally a month for the Manager, Jennifer @ Valley View by Welltower in Las Vegas to obtain a rental rate for a particular unit we were interested in. I have called 3-4 times for an update from their office and I keep being told, “We don’t know, we sent an email”. Today, a month later, I finally insisted the Office/Manager find out the information from whoever sets the rates and she told me if I was unhappy about waiting I could go live somewhere else! WOW! Horrible customer service. The manager Jennifer is inept & unprofessional.

I would give them less than a star if I could. Beyond unreliable or even trustworthy at this point. I’ve been calling the Sahara office 5-10 times a week for over a month now and nobody picks up the phone. The message always says that they are “temporarily unavailable,” and to leave a message and then they’ll get back to you and yet, at least in my case, nobody ever does. So when you get overcharged on your rent, you’re out of luck. When you refrigerator is broken for over 10 days and your leasing office still hasn’t figured out a solution, well, good luck getting one from the main office. Just incredible the contempt they show to the people who pay rent for their properties.

I called today to get info that the property I moved out of didn’t have and the lady who answered was so rude for no reason. If you hate your job just quit don’t make people that have nothing to do with your misery put up with it. Older woman working around 1pm. Disgusting.

Just moved in and still have mice issues
I’m having a similar probably with this company as we speak, these people put a notice on my door 2 months before my lease was up & now that it’s getting closer to the end not 1 email was sent to renew my lease, they are very UNPROFESSIONAL the office staff emailed about me NOT having renters Insurance which I never miss not one payment it’s just that when this company took over the address had to be changed so now that is changed still no renewal notice then they tell me I got I am my son and he’s under the age of 18 now my Renters insurance says only if he’s 18 he can be added

Omg we have the same problem at the apts my daughter and neighbors have the same issues. And at the pool every single person says the same. Ugh the office is lazy and rude. Yet pick on their residents for reacting the same way. Rude unprofessional and lazy!
They addressed it by.denying it, let's see what a judge says. Local media ad well. WHERE ARE MY RENT CREDITS LINDA & JULIE. 3 MONTHS WORTH. You need to be shut down

Yes they do lie a lot one thing that they lie is when they're going to come out and fix something and haven't done it or they let you live in a place that is infested with mold during kovic due to their washing machine and that was the third time that it flooded and if anybody has any cars there that are not register or anything you better go look out on your car windows because there's at least 30 of them that they're towing tomorrow by almost 10:00 at night yeah they're really helping us through covet this is the worst place I've ever lived at Pinnacle is the problem and they never get back to you ignore you you're paying almost $1,300 for what to live in a dump and then not answering your questions yeah and I paid my rent every month until the third flood when they ignored me for a week and one day and then tried to say it to my faultyeah they told me to remove my American flag and my bike off the patio when everybody else had them on there that's why they're doing this cuz they're
