So here is what I'm told. If the Property Management management company cannot handle criticism they will not ask you to renew your lease. They practice retaliation against residents there also,which is against Nevada statute.

The people at AYA are rude and disrespectful. I’ve been without heat for 2 days and my 2 daughters have been freezing. They have very rude workers and the property manager is rude and obnoxious. Anytime I mention my unit # attitudes appears.
