Why is it that my property manager says she doesn't have time for issues that the residents have

LOMA VISTA on Cheyenne and MLK manager is very rude she also says she does not have anytime for residents . Every time a resident or potential resident enters through those doors the manager is always busy doing NOTHING , she always look like she does not want to be bothered that’s why ALL RESIDENTS CAN ONLY PAY ONLINE ONLY.. what about the SENIOR CITIZENS that is not fair at all. The manager does not like to help people and always acts like the residents are bothering her. Isn’t she a manager to help residents and manage the property?? If not then what is her job and why is she there . Someone seriously needs to investigate because this by far is the worse management I have ever seen and also giving Pinnacle property a bad reputation .
